Each year one third of directors must stand down. There are currently twelve serving directors (see About Us). Therefore four directors will be standing down at the Annual General Meeting in 2017 leaving eight directors remaining on the board.

To be nominated as a director, you need to complete a nomination form: Director Nomination Form 2017
Completed nomination forms need to be sent to email@example.com before midnight on 6th August 2017.
The Articles allow for a maximum of fifteen directors, of which up to three can be co-opted. The current board of Scottish Rural Action recommends we continue with the current number of twelve elected directors. This therefore allows a maximum of fifteen directors to serve on the board should three be co-opted.
If you and/or your nominators are not yet members of Scottish Rural Action, you can apply to become a member at the same time: Membership
Voting will open at 9.30am on 14th August 2017 and will close at midnight on 3rd September 2017. Candidates will be informed of the outcome before the 8th September. The result of the election will then be announced at the AGM on 20th September 2017.
